  • Abstract
Co-productivity is a more operational role by suppliers, distributors and customers in which they undertake tasks that hitherto were the role of other channel/chain participants. In this paper, we review the extant researches about network competency and cooperative innovation, at the same time we connect the network competency and cooperative innovation together, and build a coupling model. We find the connection between firm and network actors could facilitate companypsilas cooperative innovation, at the meanwhile the outcomes of cooperative innovation also benefit firmpsilas network management competence. We conclude there are some coupling mechanisms on network competence and cooperative innovation between firms, network competence and cooperative innovation between firms and institutes, as well as network competence and cooperative innovation between firms and leader users. The future research will be given in the final section.
