The study has examined the consequences of work-family conflicts to female entrepreneurs within the travel agencies in China. The regression analysis indicates that the barriers women face in business may be the result of abilities, mutual inputs and supports, and the gap in parental responsibilities that spouses are undertaken. Disadvantages experienced by women in all these work-family areas are widely believed to result in lower management ability.
