Abstract :
Energy saving and emissions reducing is an important and urgent task for implementing the scientific development views in the new era. Development of circular economy is an important way to realize energy saving and emissions reducing. Cleaner production and industrial park can promote the level of the whole society saving resources, energy and to reduce the emission of pollutants.
