Abstract :
A pilot study has been carried out to evaluate the feasibility of landfill leachate treatment by aerobic submerged MBR. The process parameters are chosen as HRT of 4d, DO of 2~4mgL-1, organic volumetric loading rate of 1.7kgCODm-3d-1, and organic sludge loading less than 0.23 kgCODkg-1MLSS-1d-1. The results show that the MBR is good for removing COD by reason of the average removal rate of 89.8%. And the presence of membrane is proved to be helpful for removing COD ground on the removal rate of 85.3% in supernatant. The average removal rate of NH4+-N with MBR is 61.7%, but the removal efficiency is instable. The phosphorus content in the MBR effluent can meet the discharge standards.
