Abstract :
According to the basic principle of mechanical motion, the law of motion of the double eccentric wheel drive is derived. The motion equation is derived according to the characteristics of eccentric. The comprehensive analysis of the system trajectory is conducted. The basic parameters (eccentricity, deviation angle, etc) of double eccentric on the influence of the trajectory are studied. The characteristic of the double eccentric wheel mechanism is analyzed as the unidirectional intermittent motion mechanism. The relationship between the characteristic of the unidirectional intermittent motion and the design of parameters is revealed. It is proved that the double eccentric instead of two degrees of freedom drive is feasible. The synchronization of system is effectively solved. It provided theoretical support for selection for engineering design.
