Abstract :
By combining the advantage of the weighted harmonic averaging (WHA) operator and ordered weighted harmonic averaging (OWHA) operator, this paper first develops hybrid harmonic averaging (HHA) operator for aggregating data information, and then proposes a HHA operator-based method for multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems. The HHA operator generalizes both the WHA and OWHA operators, and reflects the importance degrees of both the given argument and the ordered position of the argument. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
