Abstract

Real-time supply chain performance dashboard is very important for successful supply chain management. Some key issues and solutions for establishing upper-level KPIs to reflecting supply chain operations is proposed in this paper. The most common-used KPIs, especially those related to organizationspsila financial performance are specially illustrated for reference when implementing the dashboard through IT application.
