Abstract :
In recent years, contingencies occur frequently all over the world. Emergency management of contingencies has become one of the hottest research fields. At first, this paper sets up model for emergency service facility location problem, which is based on the greatest time satisfaction. Then, a hybrid solving strategy according to the model characters, is proposed based on particle swarm optimization. Experiment results of the actual data show that hybrid particle swarm optimization is superior to greedy algorithm.
