Author_Institution :
Boeing Defense & Space Center, Kent, WA, USA
Abstract :
Maintenance of US military hardware is primarily controlled through the use of technical orders (TOs). This paper will address the procedure for revising maintenance TOs so that qualified alternatives replace all ozone depleting compounds (ODCs) referenced. Additionally, the Boeing material qualification process and research efforts for new cleaning alternatives will be discussed
