Abstract
A combination of rapid technology advances and socio-economic and political factors has created an increasingly global and competitive marketplace providing both opportunity and incentive for change. This paper expands part of an overall enterprise change model. We propose a logical framework for integrating re-design activities for enterprise operations, resources and organization, using an integrated, precedence-based, requirement-driven and capability-constrained/enabled (top-down, bottom-up) approach. By tailoring this general framework and approach, change-managers can attain integrated and effective re-design
