            Abstract : 
It is highly needed on grid environment to have a high degree of data reuse to increase the performance. We present a concept of grid locality to identify it. We further propose a job scheduler with swarm intelligence (short for JSI) to enhance this grid locality. Experiments show that the performance has been improved explicitly by JSI scheduler and a better grid locality has been reached.
