            Abstract :
A lot of factors will leads to the difficulties rather than dilemma for knowledge sharing between organizations. It is "free-ride" due to knowledge spillovers that lead to the dilemma. The knowledge leaders can not get complete compensation. On another side, the "free-ride" is not full free. Because the knowledge followers need to pay for the cost of information searching, self-learning for knowledge. Therefore, there should be an equilibrium price for knowledge leaders and followers to share knowledge. And then, a game model is constructed to interpret deeply the mechanism of dilemma. Based on this, we give some recommendations about how to break the dilemma.
