Abstract :
This paper describes the design and application of an evaluation methodology developed for a telematic home haemodialysis service. The methodological schema is described and results from the first phase of its application are presented. Although developed specifically in the context of managing end stage renal disease, the methodology has wider applicability in the evaluation of telematic systems and health care technology more generally
