Abstract :
Motivated by the need to develop robust, distributed approaches for healthcare and user interface decision-making, this paper addresses the capabilities of intelligent systems tools. The focus is on the theory and implementation of fuzzy expert advisors, followed (when appropriate) by neuro-fuzzy training algorithms that tune (customize) fuzzy parameters. Some ongoing projects are briefly presented
