  • Abstract
A set of exceptional properties suggest diamond as a particular suited candidate for biosensing. In this paper we report on the functionalization of nanocrystalline diamond films with biomolecules and first sensor realizations. Additionally we have investigated the pH sensitivity of ion-sensitive field effect transistors on single- and polycrystalline diamond samples
