Abstract :
This presentation will discuss the experimental and theoretical work at Purdue aimed at developing and understanding molecular heterostructures. These studies include measurements of electrostatic surface potentials of self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on metal and semiconductor surfaces, current-voltage spectroscopy of molecular systems and modeling of the conductivity of metal/molecule/metal systems.
