Abstract :
The goal of EISIC 2012 is to continue building a European ISI community to provide a stimulating forum for exchange of the latest ideas and results. We have again this year worked hard to bring together academic researchers (in information technologies, computer science, public policy, social and behavioral studies, and more), law enforcement and intelligence experts, as well as information technology companies, industry consultants, and practitioners in the involved fields.
