Abstract :
This paper presents SAHARA, an online service for the evaluation platform of Second HAREM. SAHARA allows a fast evaluation of any NER system that conforms with HAREM guidelines, making it easier to perform post-hoc evaluations and keep track of the overall performance of NER systems.
