Abstract :
It compiles the competency questionnaires of the domestic city commercial banks management, 261 valid questionnaires are analyzed through the use of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The result shows that the management competency model of domestic city commercial banks has three-dimensional structure, respectively is internal quality, relationship management and management skills, respectively is immanent quality including 4 items, relationship management including 6 items and management skills including 7 items. The research results can be on the basis of human resource management role for the management of domestic city commercial banks.
