Abstract
From the point of view of SMEs, this article puts forward the measurement model of the SMEs e-commerce development level, which is of strong operability and valuable significance. A research model is postulated that contains eight potential independent variables and hypotheses under three broad categories - technological, organizational and environmental characteristics. Research finds out that there are significant differences among e - commerce adoption levels of SMEs in china. Finally carries out empirical analysis of 156 firms’ e-commerce development level on the basis of the measurement method.
