Abstract

It depends on the revenue allocation that the stakeholders of construction project can cooperate harmoniously or not for it can reduce the conflict among the stakeholders and construction resources if the income can be distributed reasonably.With the use of game theory, this paper has created a rational revenue allocation model and determined the non-egalitarian distribution coefficient on the basis of former work. And it concluded the conditions of harmonious construction income distribution and does an application of the model.
