After-financial crisis era, the developed countries undergone slow economic growth, unemployment pressure increases, and all these problems enforce the countries to adopt trade protectionism. With exports leading Chinese economy encounter a problem, green trade barriers resurge of and intensify the tendency, the enterprises in China are facing severe tests. Therefore, we should vigorously develop green economy and improve our export manufacturing enterprise green international competence. Considering International market pressure and broad experience, we should do much more research from the macro and micro aspects on our export and manufacturing enterprises to enhance their competitiveness in international green countermeasures.
