Abstract :
This paper designs and makes a questionnaire based on a deep interview, and analyzes those data by SPSS11.5, then constructs recognition model of the network power by EFA, on basis of these, it tests the validity of recognition factors and the reliability of recognition model by CFA empirical study and Cronbach´a coefficient. Results show that coercive power, information power and effect power are three main factors in identifying network power.
