After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Based on factor analysis of multivariate statistical analysis, aim directly at Knowledge management practice, establishment the index system of knowledge management performance evaluation, and use the SPSS software make a factor analysis of the data of enterprise knowledge management, the final order factor score make evaluation value of the Knowledge management performance. This article studies the performance of Enterprise Knowledge Management provides a reasonable, practical feasibility of approach.
