Abstract :
The various components of your bone is a complex structure, which is able to adapt to according to mechanical and chemical stimuli. It is believed that the fluid transport plays an essential role in this process. A number of studies were performed in the 1980s using single electrodes but this did not give the micro-model. This paper represents initial experiments to develop micro-electrode arrays. The probes were made of TiN and aluminium. This is the first attempt to make detailed measurements within the bone structure using such micro-probe arrays. These initial experiments show the feasibility of the approach
