Abstract :
In this paper, the equipment failure rates and reliability model were used on the integrated geographic information system (GIS) environment to identify the fault. The reliability model of series network and the statistics of facility failure rates were used by retrieving the topological information from the feeder network. The low-voltage secondary circuits were also considered. A user friendly graphic developed for the customized dispatchers can conduct the service restoration more efficiently and effectively. Power companies can minimize the system down time and increase the service quality
