Abstract :
The paper presents two methods for the determination of gas and electricity prices. The first method is a generalized method of searching for a compromise under parallel work of economically independent systems. The second method is an optimization method that is based on determination of conditions for obtaining maximum joint profit for partners. These methods allow electric and gas companies to increase their profit under mutual concession in prices of gas and electricity. The first method is more effective when the agreements between partners concern only prices. The second method can give an additional effect if companies are ready to coordinate their activity for receiving the maximal joint profit and agree to redistribute it
