Abstract :
This paper presents a highly integrated chip set for low-cost Ka-band receiver applications. The receiver consists of a low noise amplifier (LNA), an image rejection mixer (IR mixer), a quadruple and a medium power amplifier. A Ka-band receiver module is realized using this kind of chip set, and is got a good performance.
