Abstract :
This paper is a comparative analysis of E-governance framework in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region including countries UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. It highlights key differences and extensive literature on e-government and e-governance. The comparative study shows the use of e-governance frameworks and how it has been impacting the countries. As the measurement criteria of comparison, the e-governance models are compared amongst the countries. This paper is at early stage of extensive and potential research gap to explore the subject and thus there exists a lot of research potential.
