Abstract :
The amplitude error, space orthogonal error and time orthogonal error of time grating sensor are the main factors affecting the accuracy, which need to be eliminated. First of all, it’s discussed in detail that the influence of the three kinds of errors on the sensor measurement errors. and the influence is simulated with Matlab. Second, error detection methods is study. It’s proposed that orthogonal location test method, which can realize detection of three errors. Third, it’s study that the new error compensation method of the time orthogonal and space orthogonal, which can eliminate two kinds of orthogonal error by constructing a new signal. The method, simulated with Matlab, can completely eliminate two kinds of orthogonal error. Finally, experiment show that the method of detection and correction error, such as the amplitude error, space orthogonal error and time orthogonal error, can effectively reduce errors, and greatly improve the sensor accuracy.
