Abstract :
We introduce an effective Poincare section technique and investigate a single mode semiconductor laser with a time delayed feedback modeled by three-dimensional differential delayed equations. Using the Lang-Kobayashi equations and the Poincare section technique, we find mode switching behavior. We show that the threshold of the laser switch system is determined by delay time,respectively.
