Abstract
This paper analyzes different quality´s efficiency indexes and evaluation methods of RISVECM, puts forth a kind of semi-qualitative and semi-quantitative efficiency indexes and evaluation method for more accurately describing the situation of RISVECM, and points out the reasons for problems of the existing theory and methodology.
