Abstract :
Enabling diverse (e.g. non-technical) organisations or individuals creating location based applications is a non-trivial task and one of the major remaining obstacles for wider usage of LBS. We present a portable and easy to use mobile LBS framework for developing mobile applications and maintaining content.
