  • Abstract
    This paper presents an efficient hybrid-mode method for the characterization of the anisotropy effect in the unilateral finline structure. A general formulation for diagonal tensor is presented and used to calculate more accurately the propagation parameters of the finline structure versus its physical and electrical parameters.
