Abstract :
This paper introduces enterprise research and development strategy based on TRIZ evolution theory. According to the existing product performance parameters of the invention patent number, level, profit and actual quantitative information, the product evolution S-curve can be set up; according to the position of product in S-curve, the technology maturity of existing products can be predicted; according to the TRIZ technology system evolution law, people can predict the development of new technologies and the possible application status or structure of new products. Application of the TRIZ evolution theory can help enterprises to make scientific development decision-making, shorten the development phase, so as to obtain the domination of market, reduces the risk of investment, to improve enterprise´s competitive ability.
