Abstract :
A procedure of the genetic algorithm (GA) based CAD of the complex microwave devices, combined with the fast and accurate analysis program, is reported in this paper. As examples of applications, the CAD of the multi-port branch-bridges coupler with arbitrary power distribution ratio is given in detail, demonstrating that the present procedure is fairly flexible for the CAD of the complex microwave devices.
