Abstract
This paper introduces two electromagnetic effects in the s-band high power small-dimension solid-state pulse transmitter. They are resonance effects and electric field disturbance effects. The two electromagnetic effects are theoretically investigated and simulated in microwave soft. When the electromagnetic effects arise, many parameter of the transmitter will be altered. This paper presents the calculation methods about the resonance frequency, the characteristic impedance and the effective dielectric constant of Microstrip under the condition of electromagnetic effects, and shows how the electromagnetic effects influence the transmitter´s state.
