Abstract :
This paper mainly develops the design and performance of millimeter-wave doubler. First of all, harmonic balance analysis technique has been studied. Then a millimeter-doubler is designed, simulated, made and tested, using a microstrip integrated circuit in transition, filter and matching circuits. The experiments identify that the circuit structures are reasonable.
