Abstract :
A 5.28∼6.0GHz twelfth frequency multiplier has been designed and manufactured. When frequency tripler is combined with quadrupler, with the input power at -6dBm, the output power of this twelfth frequency multiplier is greater than 10 dBm, the power flatness better than 2 dB, and suppression of harmonics greater than 40dB over all bands. The design ideas, tuning methods, and measured results are presented in this paper.
