Abstract :
The main components of the inventory control system are analyzed. The dynamic inventory control model of vulnerable articles is built by focusing on the characteristics of the vulnerable articles, introducing the lost time and loss factor of articles to calculate the inventory loss cost and on the condition of considering the bulk price discount and safety inventory, etc. The model has been verified on its feasibility through example calculation.
