Abstract :
Errors in the design of the system can eventually lead to system failures, while resource degradations may also lead to corresponding failures. The proposal of testability aims at improving design characteristics of electronic system so as to enhance the performance of product. PHM technology is proposed to turn the traditional after-maintenance to intelligent system based failure prediction. This paper brings forward an accommodable lightweight PHM framework model for embedded system and discusses problems concerning its implementation.
