            Abstract : 
The typical phasor measurement system in the WECC measures voltage, current, and frequency at substations. These measurements are sent to a phasor data concentrator (PDC) at the control center. Several utilities in the WECC have developed software for processing and use of phasor data. The programs described below run on a standard PC and as much as possible use standard protocols. All formats developed for these applications are open for public use
