Abstract
In this paper, we do research on principle and application of Cellular Automata (CA), and then design a model of data mining for forest-fire CA based on Fuzzy KModes. In our experiment we focus on the data set generated by forest-fire CA and the results prove that we have detected some valuable essential rule about fire happening and forest growth. Further, we point out that our model is useful for those applications using CA as simulator.
