Abstract
We investigate THz emission from electrically excited GaAs quantum structures with parabolic potential shapes under the action of a magnetic field. Coupling of the intersubband plasmon to the cyclotron resonance gives a characteristic mode anticrossing. The magneto dispersion relation for the mode splitting at different tilt angles of the magnetic field is found to be in good agreement with theory
