Abstract :
Firstly, this paper points out that the traditional definition of class ratio deviation and its principle of comparison are not suitable for the comparison of two sequences with the opposite monotonicity, but suitable for the comparison of two sequences with the same monotonicity. Then, a new principle of comparison for two sequences with the opposite monotonicity is proposed. Finally, by means of the new principle of comparison, we get a discrimination method to reduce the class ratio deviation for the decreasing function. So it is important to perfect the discriminant method for the compression transformation of class ratio deviation.
