Abstract :
Critical Infrastructure is important system in relation to maintain functional continuity of the society, which created the pressure to responsible entities to develop and establish relevant normative, institutional and legislative tools (Operator Security Plan, Security Liaison Officer, Public Private Partnership)for optimal Critical infrastructure protection level. These instruments may be also designated as an entities or factors entering the process of determining and evaluating the resilience of Critical Infrastructure. This resilience is seen as an indicator that quantifies the ability to provide functionality in terms of internal and external factors effects, provided to the need of establishing the limits, where degradation of system functionality is acceptable and when it is not. Article will therefore deal with the conceptual design of the resilience evaluation system of the Critical Infrastructure elements and networks in selected areas in Czech Republic, using mathematical modeling of dynamic systems in the context of security research project in the Czech Republic - “VG20112014067 - Resilience evaluation system of Critical Infrastructure elements and networks in selected areas.”
