Abstract :
The V-I characteristic is a basic method to analyze the discharge performance and operation state of electrostatic precipitator. The deep investigation of V-I characteristics can be made to improve the collection efficiency, by which the theory basis will be provided for controlling fine particles. The influence of different gas velocity, droplet diameter and amount of spraying water has been studied in this paper. The results show that the electrostatic precipitator can work in its optimal state under the condition that the gas velocity is 1.0~1.2 m/s, nozzle pressure is 0.3~0.4 MPa and spraying water is 0.24 m3/h. Through the test of collection efficiency, the correctness of the parameter combination can be verified.
