Through Virtual Learning Community to achieve Liberated Learning for deaf students

As time goes on, the usual methods for teaching deaf students appeared many disadvantages. They can´t study very well, however, as the development of the computer and the Internet, Web-based learning is very common and important in normal education. So, in a few years later, virtual learning community appeared, and the successful examples of using it in normal education have proved that it will be a good method to teach deaf students. In this letter the author will introduce the main functions and features of the virtual learning community, and also design a special virtual learning community for deaf students. What´s more the letter will also introduce how it will help the deaf students to study then finally achieve liberated learning.
