Abstract
A handover arithmetic of air-to-ground data communication over-section networking was proposed to settle the problem of low handover success rate and data throughput. The simulation results show that after introducing the arithmetic over-section handover success rate will improve greatly in the case of ideal wireless space, and some advantage will display.
