  • Abstract
    We have manufactured a prototype WP-based optical path cross-connect node, using 8×8 “PI-LOSS” optical switches. The prototype node successfully performed the high-speed switching of 10 and 2.5 Gb/s WDM signals and provided the low power variations between optical paths
